Payment methods and Billing
If you wish to purchase a

Order Acceptance

unable to accept and must
cancel. We reserve the

cancel any order for any
reason. For your
convenience, you will not be
charged until your payment
method is authorized, the
order information is
verified for accuracy and
your order is shipped.
Some situations that may
result in your order being
cancelled include
limitations on quantities
available for purchase;
inaccuracies or errors in
product or pricing
information; product or
ingredient restrictions
mandated by local, state,
national or international
regulations; or problems
identified by our credit and
fraud avoidance group. We
may also require additional
verifications or information
before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all
or any portion of your order
is canceled or if additional
information is required to
accept your order. If your
order is canceled after your
credit or debit card has
been charged, we will issue
a credit to your card in the
amount of the charge.
Auto Reorder Program
When placing an order for a
product, for your
convenience, unless you
click the button declining
automatic reordering, you
will be enrolled in our auto
reorder program so you do
not have to worry about
remembering to reorder or
running out. If, after
90 days, you are still
receiving 30 day bottles
under our auto reorder
program, you will
automatically be switched to
a 90 day supply, saving you
costs. Under this
program, we will process
your order and bill your
credit or debit card monthly
(or every 90 days, as
applicable). YOU WILL
BE AUTOMOTICALLY ENROLLED IN
OUR AUTO REORDER PROGRAM
WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
UNLESS YOU CLICK THE DECLINE
BUTTON. If you do not
wish to participate in our
auto reorder program, you
can simply click the decline
button when making your
initial order, or if you
wish to discontinue the auto
reorder program, you can
cancel by calling (937)

email indicating you no
longer wish to be enrolled
in the auto reorder program

Returns
You may return any unopened
item purchased from us for
any reason within thirty
(30) days of purchase
provided the clear shrink
wrap neck seal has not been
broken. For online orders,
the product ship date is the
date of purchase. You will
receive a full refund for
unopened items in the
original form of payment,
less a $5.00 per bottle
restocking fee. You may
mail the product and

handling charges are
non-refundable. You must
carefully package the
product, you are responsible
for the cost of return
shipping, and we must
physically receive the

Shipping and Handling;
International Orders
The prices displayed on this
website are quoted in U.S.
dollars and are valid and
effective only within the
United States, and such
prices do not include
shipping and handling or
sales taxes, if applicable,
which will be added to your
total price. You are
responsible for the payment
of any shipping and handling
charges and state and local
sales or use taxes that may
apply to your order.
If you place an order for
shipment to an international
address, you will be
responsible for paying any
VAT and other taxes,

package recipient, who will

package weight and final

title to products and risk
