Checkout
Checkout is a multi step process which is started by using the Checkout
button in your shopping cart.
The entire process has the following steps:
- Login or Continue - If you are a returning customer who set up
an account
you can login as the first step if not already logged in. If you are a new customer or a returning customer
who did not save their information just click Continue.
- Entering Your Address Info - If you are a returning customer you
will skip this step because we have your info on file. You will instead verify
your shipping/billing address. New customers will enter their shipping/billing info
and will have the option of entering a password and saving their information for
future shopping on our site.
- Add Recipient Info - This step won't be necessary if you are only
shopping for yourself.
You will be prompted to add a shipping address for each recipient you entered. If you are a returning customer who entered a 'nickname' that matches
one in your recipient address book, the address will automatically be filled in.
If your address book does not recognize the nickname, you can either enter the information
or choose the correct recipient from close matches in your address book (if applicable).
- Choose Shipping Options
- Use the shipping type dropdown list to choose the shipping option for your order.
You will also choose a shipping date or you can choose a delivery date from a preselected
list (example - holidays). Below the shipping options, the list of recipients, their addresses and the products to be shipped to them are displayed.
The addresses can be edited if necessary by clicking the Edit button below the incorrect address. Finally, an updated
Totals section reflecting any changes is listed at the bottom of the page.
- Payment
- On the payment page you will choose the credit card type, and enter the number
and expiration date. The totals summary is displayed again for a final verification
before you submit your payment.
- Confirmation - Your order with confirmation number will be displayed
in printable format for you records.
